Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before project goes into production, and balance is due upon completion. Once the project is completed you will be notified via fax, email, or phone. After five business days of notification finished products will be subject to a daily surcharge of $20 per day. Delivery, shipping/freight charges will be added to the balance.

We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Money orders, Checks and E-Checks.

**Non Sufficient Funds fee of $35 per transaction will be added. MQC reserves the right to request alternate payment method.**

Delivery
Courier service available to Dade, Broward, Monroe, and The Palm Beaches.

Shipping
We ship via UPS & Fed-Ex International worldwide.

Agreement Changes
Any and all changes to any agreement must be made in writing via e-mail or fax. MQC reserves the right to request additional monies to accommodate the requested changes. If changes to the original agreement are required and additional funds are needed, then the client will receive an updated/adjusted invoice reflecting such changes.

Quote and Estimates
Are valid for 30 days.

Liabilities
We are not liable for any damages which may include, but not limited to flaws, or dyelot matches on your fabric upon arrival.
We will not be liable for loss or damage if orders are not picked up within 10 business days of notification of completed projects.

If C.O.M (Customers Own Materials) is provided
Only yard goods rolled on tubes (54" wide or smaller) will be machine quilted. We will not accept pieces, or seamed fabric. Please indicate face of goods we will not be held liable if this information is not provided to us.
